Testing

Kaufman ISD reimburses Juniors and Seniors for one SAT/ACT/TSI per school year. Download the SAT/ACT/TSI Reimbursement Form here and turn it in to Mrs. Traci Mitchell. Once scores have been reported to the school, the request will be processed.

 

• The TSI Assessment will be given periodically at Kaufman High School.
• Every section costs $5 per attempt. Note: There are 3 different tests (Reading, Writing, & Math).
• Pre-registration is required prior to testing.
• Students must complete the Pre-Assessment Activity (PAA) located at www.tvcc.edu/testing prior to testing. Once the student turns in the PAA certificate and provides his/her name, phone number and email, he/she will be given a confirmation with the date of testing.
• The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) mandates that students must complete a Pre-Assessment Activity (PAA) prior to taking the TSI Assessment. You will complete the PAA the day of testing.
• You will need to know your social security number in order to complete the PAA.
• Additional testing can be taken at TVCC or Gary Campbell High School--please call respective institutions for details.
